CIRCOR International has completed three strategic acquisitions that strengthen the company’s global network, technological foundation, and manufacturing capabilities. Together, they mark another milestone in CIRCOR’s focused strategy of deploying capital toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.

On September 29, 2025, CIRCOR completed the acquisition of Indian manufacturers Swelore Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and Hiro Nisha Systems Pvt. Ltd. This adds complementary capabilities in metering and reciprocating pump technologies and reinforces CIRCOR’s presence in the high-growth Indian market. |
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was a highlight of the event, symbolizing the transition from a physical upgrade to a broader vision of shared success. The presence of the Weihai team, who traveled great distances, reinforced CIRCOR’s commitment to fostering unity across its operations. Meanwhile, the participation of key partners—including New Ocean, Wuhan KLF Pump Co. Ltd., Kunshan elite Electromechanical Equ, Tianjin Winstar Fluid Control Techn, Marinequip China Co. Ltd., TM Marine, and CongYe Corporation—underscored the strength of CIRCOR’s collaborative ecosystem.
Following the ceremony, CIRCOR hosted its first business seminar in the new office, where leaders and partners explored future opportunities, reaffirming their commitment to driving innovation and sustainable growth together.

On October 8, 2025, CIRCOR announced the acquisition of the operating assets of Flowserve Corporation’s herringbone gear pump product line (GAX, GR & Gearex series). This acquisition fills a targeted product-portfolio gap in Pumps Americas, enabling the company to serve demanding applications such as high viscosity fluids, elevated temperatures and intermittent dry-running operations. |
Société Société de Prestations Mécaniques et Aéronautiques (SPMA),
| CIRCOR also acquired Société de Prestations Mécaniques et Aéronautiques (SPMA), a long-standing precision machining supplier located near Paris. SPMA has been a trusted partner to CIRCOR France since 2015, providing high-quality machined components for the Aerospace & Defense sector. Integrating SPMA strengthens CIRCOR’s local supply chain, increases flexibility, and enhances supply resilience across Europe. |
In the coming months the acquisitions will be integrated into the existing organization – for example the herringbone pump line will transition production to CIRCOR’s Columbia, Kentucky facility. At the same time, Swelore and Hiro Nisha will be incorporated into Allweilers organization in India.
