## Channel Partner Meeting in Bottrop Driving Market Growth Together:
Distributors remain a key sales channel across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In 2024, our industrial business in EMEA generated almost €40 million in order intake through our distribution network – an increase of €10 million compared to 2021. This growth reflects the strong, solution-oriented collaboration we’ve built with our partners.
| **Focused dialogue on strategic business development** In May 2025, we welcomed our European distributors to our Allweiler site in Bottrop. This in-person meeting aimed to align on current developments, address challenges transparently and define joint activities to drive future growth, with a clear focus on the wastewater market — one of our most important growth areas in the years ahead. Our distributors play a central role in expanding our presence in the wastewater segment. Your proximity to regional customers, your knowledge of applications, and your ability to navigate complex project structures make your indispensable partners as we grow in this market. |  |

A dedicated growth session centered entirely on wastewater applications provided an opportunity to assess local and regional market opportunities, agree on target industries and define next steps, from portfolio focus to local sales support. These discussions reinforced the fact that the participating distributors are market shapers who actively contribute to strategic market coverage and development, not just channels.
|  | **Insights, innovations, and shared experiences** During our in-house product exhibition, our product managers presented technical innovations and gathered valuable feedback from our distributors. This direct market input is essential for product development and market alignment. One highlight derived from the session is a specific heat transfer project in which we are currently quoting our expanded ALLHEAT CTWH portfolio. The direct exchange between distributor and product manager helped us to identify this opportunity. This is just one example of how valuable direct exchange can be. To round off, participants enjoyed an exclusive tour of the VELTINS Arena, home of FC Schalke 04. This behind-the-scenes experience at the German football club was memorable and symbolic of the teamwork and dedication required for long-term success. The evening continued with a joint dinner in the arena, which offered a relaxed atmosphere to have informal conversations, share ideas, and build personal connections. |
