This direct market input is essential for product development and market alignment. One highlight derived from the session is a specific heat transfer project in which we are currently quoting our expanded ALLHEAT CTWH portfolio. The direct exchange between distributor and product manager helped us to identify this opportunity. This is just one example of how valuable direct exchange can be. To round off, participants enjoyed an exclusive tour of the VELTINS Arena, home of FC Schalke 04. This behind-the-scenes experience at the German football club was memorable and symbolic of the teamwork and dedication required for long-term success.
