Overcoming unique challenges Many of the pumps covered by this agreement were installed in the 1970s and 1980s, making it difficult to identify the correct part and serial numbers. Some of the pumps had been classified as obsolete, which required considerable effort to obtain accurate data. CIRCOR Middle East Area Sales Manager Mohammad Saad led the initiative, working internally to reference installation records and data collected over the last 8-10 years. Supported by our Technical Sales team and CIRCOR local Field Service Technician Mohammad Noor, over 1,500 line items for IMO, Allweiler and Houttuin spare parts were accurately quoted using the best available reference materials along with conducting site surveys with YBA Kanoo. |
