New Product Development on ALLHEAT Heat Transfer Pumps
Allweiler has expanded the ALLHEAT® series to meet the growing demands for safety, efficiency, and high performance in heat transfer applications. The latest enhancements include four new pump sizes for the ALLHEAT CTWH series and a new tandem double mechanical seal configuration option for both the NTWH and CTWH series. These upgrades are specifically designed to address the evolving needs of industries such as polymer, textile, and electronics processing, providing higher flow rates and delivery heads as well as, increased safety, and enhanced reliability.
The new pump sizes in the CTWH series build on our proven air-cooled design concept, offering flow rates of up to 1500 m³/h and delivery heads of up to 136 m, which is a novelty for such large pumps This extension allows for efficient and safe hot oil handling in large heat transfer systems minimizing the need for auxiliary systems for the pump and eliminating the need for a supply of cooling fluids. This is significantly simplifying installation and reducing both investment and operating costs. The availability of different sealing, installation and material options further enhances flexibility, making it easier to tailor the pumps to specific customer requirements. |

A key highlight is the introduction of the double mechanical seal in tandem arrangement for both NTWH and CTWH series. This sealing option enhances reliability by preventing oil oxidation and deposits at the primary mechanical seal, ensuring long-term functionality. It also increases safety by minimizing exposure to hazardous fluids, making it ideal for applications involving ecologically sensitive and harmful fluids. The thermosyphon system also detects and collects leakage, ensuring predictive maintenance for operational safety. |
